Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our team in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Establish work methods to meet service schedules.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure food quality and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required.
• Maintain records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Establish and manage employee work schedules.
Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school (high school).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is a strong asset.
