Nanny,
The Roopra Family seeks a compassionate and responsible Nanny to care for their 8- and 10-year-old children. This is a full-time, year-round, permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve meals for the children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times
- Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities (both indoors and outdoors)
- Provide light housekeeping related to the child’s care (e.g., laundry, tidying up)
- Encourage the child’s social and emotional development
- Give simple guidance on personal hygiene and manners
- Supervise the children’s day-to-day activities and ensure proper routine
- Pick up the children from school
- Additional duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary Education
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar nanny or childcare position, or completion of a relevant training program
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
Wages: $20.00/hr. for 30 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Work Location: private house on Crestview Ave, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 6T5
