Vacancy: 1 Permanent employment – Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, Overtime required-Available

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program 1 year to 2 years.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely,

Work Setting:

  • Mental health institution, facility or clinic
  • Nursing home/home for the aged
  • Group home

Responsibilities:

Task:

  • Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs
  • Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff

Supervision: 11 – 15 people

Credentials:

  • Certificate for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Certification
  • CPR Certificate

  • MS Excel
