H.T. Investments Inc. is a real estate development and marketing company located in Vancouver. Our company is seeking an experienced Marketing co-ordinator to help develop the company’s marketing strategy as well as market our projects to prospective audiences.

Title: Marketing Co-ordinator

Salary: $28.50

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week; 8 Hours/Day

Vacation: 10 Days paid/Year or 4%

Location: #659-409 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC

Requirements:
Min 3 years of employed marketing experience.
University degree/ is required.
Second language skills are an asset.

Job description:
– Assess characteristics of products to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of the company
– Prepare and deliver products informational materials to prospective and current clients to increase awareness of H.T. Investments Inc
– Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for the needs of H.T. Investments Inc.
– Communicate to clients and prospective audience on products and sales
– Develop, create, and publish media advertising materials including digital advertising
– Gather, research and prepare communications material for internal and external audiences
-Develop and implement communications strategies inform clients, target audience, and the public regarding activities and products of the company
– Assess feedback from target audiences
– Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, advertisement, information, and etc for company use and target audiences
– Maintain contact with the media
