HIRING: Home Child Care Provider for an infant-toddler in a private home
Position: Home Child Care Provider (Permanent/Full-time)
Position available: 1
Work Location: 13725 George Junction, Surrey, BC V3T 0V7 (Private Home)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits: Vacation days and Sick days will be calculated by BC Employment Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, diaper changing, and potty training when required.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to the children's dietary needs.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive interaction.
- Encourage good personal hygiene and healthy daily habits.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor activities, such as reading, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and games.
- Observe children's behavior and development and respond to their individual needs.
- Keep children's play areas, bedrooms, and belongings clean and organized.
- Communicate with parents about the children's daily activities, behavior, progress, and any concerns.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of Secondary

Experience:
- A minimum 1-year experience in childcare is required.
- Experience is an asset for those who completed any childcare/child education course.
- First Aid Certificate and Criminal Record checks are required.
