No Hill Farms Ltd., located at 150050 Rg Rd 132, Rolling Hills, AB T0J 2S0 is seeking a General Farm Worker. English speaking workplace. Permanent Full-time.

This role will involve hands-on work in maintaining and operating farm equipment, supporting crop production, helping manage irrigation systems and ensuring any farm task given is done correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for agriculture. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in the agriculture industry, machinery maintenance, and farm management.

Wage: 23.33/hour
Education: Basic
Experience: 1-2 years
Duties: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in accordance with seasonal schedules. Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and irrigation systems. Manage irrigation system to ensure proper water distribution across fields ad well as scouring fields for disease, weeds and insects. Conduct general farm upkeep such as cleaning, organizing storage areas. Support heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies or equipment around the farm. Follow safety protocols during all farming activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Weekend work is required.
