We have an opening for a Food Service Supervisor role for our restaurant “Tim Hortons” O/A “770976 Ontario Limited” located at 2625 G Weston Rd, North York, Ontario M9N 3V8. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team in a restaurant, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Job Duties:
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Prepare and submit reports
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, Work under pressure, Overtime required, Handling heavy loads
Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player, Organized, Initiative, Client focus, Dependability, Reliability
Ability to supervise: 3-4 people
Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend
Hourly Rate: CAD $17 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
