We have openings for Food Service Supervisors for our restaurant Tim Hortons (2012184 Ontario Limited) located at 6005 DERRY ROAD WEST Milton, ON L9T 8A7. Tim Hortons is in the relationship business. Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Job Duties:

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns
• Fast-paced environment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, Tight Deadlines, Work under pressure

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills

Ability to supervise: 3-4 people
