Work setting: Food service establishment/Restaurant
Physical location of the Job: 1105 Kramer Blvd, Regina, SK S4S 5W4
Tasks:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedule
Supervision: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, 16-20 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
