Northe Inc. Dba McDonald's Restaurants of Canada in Fort Nelson is looking for 4 Permanent, Full-time positions for Food Service Supervisors to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: 4804 50th Ave North, Fort Nelson, BC, V0C 1R0

Position:  Food Service Supervisor

Positions Avalable: 4 (Four)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee food service workers, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain service standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during service hours.
• Monitor and order supplies, manage inventory levels, and reduce waste.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health standards.
• Assist in managing the department’s budget, and controlling costs while maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate on menu development and updates, considering customer preferences and dietary needs.
• Maintain records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Skills and Education:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Completion of Secondary School
