Description
We are a fully automated confectionery manufacturing company, looking for a full time export sales manager. You must have a high school eduction, and at leat 2 years experience in export sales. Specific tasks include: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, Organize regional and divisional sales operations, Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments, Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. This is a full time position and will involve international travel to meet and develop relationships with potential clients. Salary is CAD $45.00 per hour.
