B Kids Daycare Langley is seeking 2 full-time Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences for young children in a licensed daycare environment.

·       Support children’s overall development through structured and child-led activities.

·       Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom in accordance with B.C. childcare standards.

·       Monitor children’s behaviour, development, and well-being, and communicate with families regarding daily progress or concerns.

·       Assist children with routines including meals, hygiene, dressing, and transitions.

·       Collaborate with co-workers and families to provide high-quality care and early learning.

·       Follow all centre safety, health, emergency, and supervision procedures.

·       Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Eligibility requirements:

Education: Completion of a two- to four-year college program in Early Childhood Education, or a bachelor’s degree in Child Development, is required. 

Licensing/Certification: Provincial ECE licensing/certification, where required, is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
