We, Blenz Coffee in Vancouver, BC, is looking for experienced Café Manager. Details are below
Position: Café Manager
Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~40 hrs per week
Wage: $26.63 per hour
Work Location: Blenz Coffee 603 Abbott Street Vancouver, BC V6B 0J4
Start Date: As soon As Possible
Job Description:
– Establishes and maintain professional, effective and efficient communication within operations
– Manage, plan and control the operations of food service
– Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy
– Determine or upgrade type of services to be offered
– Monitor, anticipate and react to customer needs and resolve customer complaints consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Build positive relationships with suppliers to ensure business relation satisfaction
– Plan to achieve revenue and service targets, as well as manage budget and cost
Minimum Qualification Include:
– High School Diploma
– Min 3 years or higher of work experience in food service with some supervisory experience
– Available on evenings and weekends
– Able to communicate in English
