Job Position: Bread Delivery Driver

Wage Rate: $17.00 per hour

Hours per Week: 32 hours per week

Location: Yorkton, SK S3N 4J3

Type of Employment: Permanent Employment, Full-time

Employment Date: As soon as possible

Education Required: Secondary School 

Experience Required: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Job Duties:

  • Load the delivery vehicle with goods.
  • Follow an established daily route to deliver products to clients.
  • Manage inventory at each stop, including counting products and rotating stock to ensure freshness (removing expired items).
  • Write and submit orders for the next delivery.
  • Collect payments and/or process invoices at the time of delivery.
  • Provide customer service by communicating with store/kitchen managers and resolving any delivery or product issues.
  • Return any unsold/expired products (stales) and empty delivery trays/racks to the distribution center.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle.
