Company Description:

With its flagship location in Scarborough, Ontario, and additional branches across Montreal, Ottawa, Markham, and Mississauga, Shaaz has grown into a household name for authentic, heritage-rooted Indian cuisine.

At its heart, Shaaz is about tradition — drawing on true, original recipes passed down through generations of mellowed kitchens (“bawarchis”) and bringing them into a contemporary Canadian setting. We service rich, aromatic dishes like mandi (meat and rice slow-cooked in a pit) and a variety of biryanis, each crafted to connect customers with the authentic roots of Indian culinary culture.
