Description

Max’s Bakery & Deli is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Food Service Supervisor at Vancouver, BC (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $38.50/hr and 30-35 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure that work schedules are followed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Determine the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire employees for food service operations.
  • Monitor food quality and service delivery to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
