ONE GREAT CITY BREWING CO is seeking experienced Ethnic Food Cooks specializing in East Indian cuisine to join our restaurant team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Location:  Winnipeg, MB R3J 3W6
Hours: 35 hours per week

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
At least 3 years

Cuisine Specialization:
East Indian cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
