Inventory and Supply Management 
Financial and Administrative Duties:  manage budgets, control operational costs, review sales records, and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Administrative tasks also include scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting to owners 
Food Safety and Sanitation  
Menu and Quality Control
