Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 5 years or more

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks:

• Confer with clients to identify requirements

• Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet

• business requirements

• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system

• implementation

• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions

• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery

• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and

• information systems

• Resolve conflict situations

• Usability testing

• Execute and document results of software application tests and information and

• telecommunication systems tests

• Conduct research in the field of specialization

• Analyze data

• Act as technical consultant in a particular field of expertise

• Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures

CREDENTIALS

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:

• Microsoft Dynamics Certification

• Microsoft SQL Certification

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATION

Computer and technology knowledge:

• Database software

• Data analysis software

• MS Office

• SQL

Specialization or experience:

• Specialized environmental skills and knowledge

Area of specialization:

• Business process management

• Business methods analysis
