Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days sick leaves per year, 4% vacation pay of gross salary
Work Location: 2-4517 23 St, Vernon, British Columbia V1T 4K7 and various other locations
Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and other materials
• Fit and install trim items such as doors and stairs
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences
