H&L Company Consultant is seeking an experienced a full-time Administrative Assistant.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Employer: H&L Company Consultant
Working Location: 400-525 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC. V6B 3H7
Wage: $23.50~$24.50/hour and entitled to 10 days paid vacation per year
Hour of Work: 30~40 hours per week
Start date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)
< Duties >
– Prepare materials, edit and proofread correspondence, invoice, and reports.
– Assist to prepare presentations.
– Answer telephone and email and respond to all the inquiries.
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
– Greet and directing visitors.
– Maintain clients' files and contact lists.
– Fill out all application forms including on-line and paper forms.
– Order o?ice supplies and maintain inventory.
< Requirements >
Education: Completion of high school.
Experience: Completion of a college or related program for administrative assistants OR 2+ years of previous clerical experience is required.
Language: Second language may be considered an asset (Korean, Chinese, or Filipino)
< Essential requirements >
-Extensive software skills such as word processing, excel, power point, and database spreadsheet program. .
-Internet research abilities and excellent verbal communication and written skills.
-Knowledge of office management system and procedures of Canada immigration and visas.
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
