Job Duties:
• Install, service and repair various household appliances.
• Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
• Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
• Provide repair options, estimates and timeframes to customers, considering any product warranties
• Conduct tests using electrical test equipment
• Replace and repair parts using hand tools and soldering equipment
• Complete billing and invoicing paperwork
