H & L Company Consultant is based in Vancouver, BC. Established in 1997, we provide customers with trust and expertise in the design of studying abroad, employment, and immigration in Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrative Manager to join our team.

Job Duties/Description:
– Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
– Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
– Provide consultation and advice
– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
– Implement new administrative procedures
– Delegate work to office support staff
– Train staff
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in social science, administration or other related fields
– At least 5 years of experience in office management field
Wage:
$29.00 ~ $30.00 per hour.
Working Condition:
30 – 40 hours per week and 4% of gross income for vacation pay.
