Sameer Enterprises Ltd DBA Cell Fixe  is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Sales Supervisor – Retail at  Surrey, BC, V3W 2P2 (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Oversee staff including apprentices, stagehands, and the design team
  • Delegate tasks to sales team members
  • Recruit, train, or coordinate training for staff
  • Place orders for merchandise
  • Approve merchandise returns
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Generate reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply issues
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash handling
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor incoming shipments

Requirements

Languages

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

  • 1 year to less than 2 years
