Responsibilities
Tasks
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend
measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise workers and projects
Train or arrange for training
Co-ordinate and schedule activities
Co-ordinate repairs and rentals
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Receive and relay information to central dispatch
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all
aspects of vehicle
Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and
fuel consumption
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods
and materials
Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport
cargo on international routes
Credentials

Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
AZ class license
