Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Job duties you will be responsible for:

Plan and prepare menus, including daily specials, ensuring dishes are consistent and meet customer expectations.
Develop and create new menu items using seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Cook and oversee the preparation of meals, maintaining quality, taste, and presentation.
Monitor portion sizes, quality of ingredients, plating/presentation and visual appeal of meals.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Assign tasks and provide guidance to kitchen staff, supporting teamwork in a small kitchen environment.
Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste while controlling food costs.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Adapt menus and cooking methods to meet customer requests, dietary needs, or seasonal ingredients.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment maintenance.
Interact with customers, handle feedback, and resolve complaints.
