Mechanical assembler

Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Assemble and install automotive mechanical components, including transmissions, gearboxes, clutches, and drive systems, following technical manuals and specifications.

·       Align, adjust, and calibrate mechanical parts to ensure accurate fit and reliable vehicle performance.

·       Secure and connect assemblies using approved fastening methods.

·       Operate hoists, small cranes, and other lifting equipment safely to position and install heavy components such as engines and gear assemblies.

·       Set up and operate specialized automotive assembly and diagnostic equipment for assembly and inspection purposes.

·       Identify mechanical faults, including misalignment, abnormal wear, or improper installation, and recommend corrective actions.

·       Collaborate with service technicians to ensure all assemblies meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

·       Language Requirement: English

·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent

·       Experience: At least one year of related work experience

·       Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems.

·       Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

·       Physically capable of lifting parts and standing for extended periods.

Job Type

Full-time, based on 30-40 hours per week
