Tung & Sidhu Ltd. DBA Pizza Hut is looking for full-time and permanent 2 Restaurant Assistant Manager at Sidney, British Columbia, Canada, V8L 4W6. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $37.00/hr and 30 to 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

• Analyzing budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Developing budgets for food, ingredients, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
• Evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Adjusting food preparation methods and menu pricing based on budget analysis
• Monitoring staff performance to maintain high standards
• Recruiting, supervising, and training staff members
• Planning and organizing staff work schedules
• Organizing and maintaining inventory levels
• Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Overseeing financial processes, including cash balancing, reports, and related forms
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with their needs
• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
