Alderway Enterprises Ltd. dba. A&W Restaurant in Cache Creek, BC is looking for a F/T Food services manager.
Job Position: Food services manager

Job Description:
– Address customers' complaints or concerns;
– Recruit, train and supervise staff;
– Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed;
– Provide customer service;
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
– Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
– Monitor staff performance
– Organize and maintain inventory
Job Requirement:
– College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
– Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in food service industry required.
Term: Permanent, Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Wage: $30-37 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
