Legendz Diner is seeking a full-time Cook to join our team in Golden, British Columbia. This is a permanent, on-site position with an immediate start available.

• Wage: $20.00 per hour

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English

• Completion of secondary (high) school

• 1 to less than 7 months of related work experience

• Must be able to work on-site (remote work is not available)

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes

• Measure and control portion sizes and assist with food cost control

• Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers during shifts

• Train staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and safe food handling procedures

• Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment

• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations as required
