Description
Duties
– Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
– Manage manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal segments using GTAW, FCAW and SMAW.
– Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
– Manage brazing and soldering equipment.
– Operate metal shaping machines, metal straightening machines, and metal bending machines.
– Fix damaged areas of metal structures by welding on extra layers.
– Perform other related duties as required.
Skills
– Completion of Secondary School is required.
– Minimum of 3 years work experience as a welder is required.
– Ability to work long hours and weekends as required.
WAGE
– $27.00 Per Hour
