Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

Wage: $31.00 ~ $37.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills)

Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week (full-Time)

Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation / Extended Medical Insurance after 6 months of employment

Job vacancy: 1 Full-Time job

Job duties you will be responsible for:

• Manage the work schedule to ensure adequate coverage for the warehouse.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the warehouse.
• Train all warehouse personnel to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
• Hire and train workers.
• Establish work schedules and resolve work related problems.

• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
• All other duties as required.

Requirements:

– Completion of High School is required.

– Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience in a supervisory role or related experience
– English
