Job Description:

M.J.M Furniture Centre Ltd. is looking for 1 full-time permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

Job Duties:

·         Oversee the storage and organization of furniture inventory.

·         Create and manage schedules for delivery and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and coverage.

·         Train employees on job responsibilities, safety measures, and business regulations.

·         Supervise the picking, packing, and preparation of furniture orders for timely and accurate delivery.

·         Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and monitor shipments.

·         Address and troubleshoot any issues related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies, or order processing.

·         Manage the requisition and inventory of packaging materials and supplies needed for furniture preparation and delivery.

·         Prepare performance reports.

·         Make arrangements for maintenance and repair work to ensure the efficient running of computer systems, machinery, and equipment.

·         The same tasks as workers being supervised may be performed

Requirements:

·         Completion of high school is required.

·         1-2 years of related experience is required.
