Truck Wash Manager
R.G. Grewal Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Truck Wash Manager for its mobile truck wash business. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Surrey, BC, serving Surrey, Langley, and Abbotsford. The right candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee daily truck wash operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• Set and implement operational policies and procedures to guide staff performance and maintain service consistency.
• Manage budgeting and spending, track operational costs, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Respond to customer concerns or complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate and implement local advertising and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to support team development.
• Monitor equipment condition and arrange maintenance or repair as needed to avoid downtime.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and environmental regulations related to car wash operations.
• Analyze business performance, prepare activity reports, and identify areas for improvement in efficiency or profitability.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for service contracts, supply procurement, and equipment servicing.
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a specific area of cleaning is required.
• Ability to work shifts and Saturdays is required.
Wage: $37.51/ hour for 40 hours per week
