Description

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to work at Spedden Super Station located in Spedden, Alberta Canada.

Full-Time Position: Supervisor-Retail (NOC 62010) 
Vacancy: 1
 
Main Job Duties:
-Assign sales workers to duties
-Authorize payments by cheque
-Order merchandise
-Authorize return of merchandise
-Establish work schedules
-Sell merchandise
-Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-Organize and maintain inventory
-Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
 
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.
 
Working Conditions.
Wage: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Working hour: 30 – 40 hours a week and 4 % of vacation pay
