## Employment Type: Fulltime /Permanent

## No of vacancies: 1

## Minimum Working Hrs: 32hr- 45hr/week

## Educational Requirement: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

## Experience: 7 Month to less than 1 year

## Language requirement: English

## Responsibilities :  

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules

## Supervision: Food service counters attendants and food preparers

## Security and safety: Basic security clearance

## Work conditions and physical capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Tight deadlines , Attention to detail
