Employer: MSM Restaurants o/a McDonald’s PEI

Position: Shift Manager -TEER 62020

Hourly Wage Rate: $18.40 to $19.40 based on experience.

Number of candidates sought: 5

The responsibilities and tasks related to the job are:

–        Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

–        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

–        Keep record of the quantities of food used

–        Provide staff training

–        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

–        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

–        Manage staff and assign duties

–        Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

–        Record and balance daily transactions

–        Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Experience: One Year

Education requirement: Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience.

Language requirements: English
