Sushi 990 Ltd. dba Onibendon is searching for a full-time Assistant Cooks.
Job Information:

– Wage: $19.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits:
– 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.
Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook Japanese culinary including tempura, donburi, sushi dons, and various onigiris.
– Ensure meticulous plate presentation and garnish arrangement as instructed by cooks.
– Adhere strictly to recipes while cooking.
– Handle ingredient preparation and washing ingredients.
– Manage ingredient inventory and a refrigerator, ensuring stock is well maintained.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Candidate should possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in this particular field.
