Job Duties:
- Prepare a variety of foods according to standardized recipes
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas
- Ensure food meets quality standard
- Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies and equipment
- Involve in the recruitment of kitchen staff and train them in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Develop menus and determine portion sizes
- Oversee kitchen operations
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
