Challenger Security Ltd is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Security Guard Supervisor at Kamloops, BC, V2C 1M2. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Plan and schedule work tasks
  • Support clients/guests with special needs
  • Serve as emergency point of contact
  • Coordinate activities across departments
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition/order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review team activities
  • Train staff on duties, safety, and company policies

Employment Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school (high school diploma) is usually required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • A valid Security Guard License.
