Job Duties:

•      Preparing food order summaries according to customer preferences.

•      Assists management in tracking and creating records for sales, repairs and wastage.

•      Supervising preparation, assembly and delivery of food for service.

•      Managing orders of inventory with required supplies and ingredients.

•      Adhering to food service standards.

•      Ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.

•      Organizing and implementing work schedules.

•      Assisting with training staff.

•      Assisting management of proper management of cash and completion of readings.

•      Coordinating with multiple departments and monitoring costs for food and labour.

•      Ensuring high levels of customer service and promptly addressing issues.

•      Helps to refine the operational abilities of crew members by use of 'on-the-job training' techniques and corrective coaching, practices, reward and recognition.

•      Supporting the Training Manager in the delivery of the store training grade.

•      Performing tasks required to raise the store's standards of QS&C in alignment with the ROIP Action      Plan.

•      Recognizing the visual characteristics of good quality products and acting always to achieve and maintain gold-standard products.

•      Is responsible for and understands the importance of adhering to all Food Safety and Health and Safety policies and regulations.

•      Ensuring all products and menu items are always available.

•      Always presenting herself to customers and fellow employees in such a manner as to be an asset and a credit to McDonald's and herself

•      Performing any other duties as assigned by management.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 12 months

Supervision: 5-10 people
