We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) for “Tim Hortons” (2193503 Ontario Limited) located at 1728 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario M6P 1A8. Job requirements

Languages: English

Education:College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Job Duties:

  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Direct and control daily operation

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime

Salary:  CAD $37.50 per hour for 30 to 35 hours per week  
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
