Description

We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Yorkton, SK. Now we are hiring one experienced Restaurant Manager.

Position: Full-time Restaurant Manager
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $28.00 ~ $34.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 5.77 % from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 146 Broadway St. E. Yorkton, SK. S3N 3K4


Responsibilities:
· Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Supervise staff
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– At least 3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience
– Serve it right certificate
