Position: Restaurant Manager

Wage: $39.00 /hour
Duration of Employment Period: Permanent/Full-time (willing to work evening shifts and on weekends)
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain efficient workflow, and promptly resolve operational issues.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage employees.
• Monitor sales, labor and food costs, inventory, and waste.
• Manage financial performance through forecasting, expense planning, and corrective actions.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain a high level of service.
• Manage food and supply orders and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.
• Manage ordering, cash handling, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to menus and service

Requirements:

• Completion of a high school
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a manager or supervisory role in the food service or related industry
• English
