Himawari Sushi Restaurant is seeking F/T Cooks.

Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.00~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: #105 – 361 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 0W2

Job Duties:

• Prepare a variety of foods according to standardized recipes
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas
• Ensure food meets quality standard
• Manage inventory and keep records of food, supplies and equipment
• Involve in the recruitment of kitchen staff and train them in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Develop menus and determine portion sizes

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
