Description
We are looking for well experienced Restaurant chain corporate controller for a well-known catering firm “Mcewan Enterprises Inc.”

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Allocate resources including labor and finances to support restaurant operations.
- Oversee the establishment of key departments such as finance, operations and appoint senior staff positions.
- Implement financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and approve promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Set organizational goals and develop policies and programs to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the restaurant chain in negotiations with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Delegate authority to managers and staff members to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Ensure optimal working conditions for restaurant employees.
- Coordinate activities and communication between restaurant locations to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- May perform other duties reasonably assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more years of experience.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $61.54 to $65.00 per Hour for 30 to 44 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
