We have openings for Cooks (NOC 63200) at our “Royal Indian Buffet & Sweets” restaurant (2543081 Ontario Inc) located at 525 Hespeler Road suite Unit # 4, Cambridge, ON N1R 6J2. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Cuisine: East Indian

Work Setting: Restaurant

Job Duties:

·       Co-ordinate special events

·       Determine the size of food portions and costs

·       Requisition food and kitchen supplies

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

·       Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·       Order supplies and equipment

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Organize buffets and banquets

·       Manage kitchen operations

·       Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
