Job Requirements

– Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
– Experience: 2-3 years of experience

Job Duties

– Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
– Supervise, train, and schedule staff, and monitor their performance to maintain service standards
– Modify food preparation methods and adjust menu prices in line with the restaurant’s budget
– Manage inventory by organizing and maintaining stock levels
– Address customer complaints or concerns and provide high-quality customer service
