Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.50-$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 766 Goldstream Avenue, Langford, British Columbia V9A 2X3

Benefits:

• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare a variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
• Ensure the food meets quality standards
• Maintain accurate food inventory
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Ensure staff is thoroughly trained on each menu item
• May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
