Home support workers (NOC-44101)

I am looking for caregiver for my disabled father who are incapable of doing the daily routine tasks due to the medical conditions.

Below are the relative duties of this job category:

Home support workers provide personal care and companionship for disabled people; Care is provided within the client’s residence. They will be responsible for other duties such as housekeeping and other home management duties in private households.

• Provide care and companionship for individuals and families during periods of incapacitation

• Administer bedside and personal care to clients such as aid in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing and undressing

• Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding clients

• May perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in the administration of medications

• May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes, food cooking and making beds.

Pay Scale: $23.00-23.50 per hour depending on work experience

Work hours: 30-35 hours

Vacation pay: two weeks of paid vacation

Starting date: as soon as possible (Priority will be given to Canadians Citizens or Permanent Residence)

Language: English language is essential for this job

Medical: Medical insurance will be provide

Willing to pay relocation expenses
